My friend has a hobby and wants to create his own website. any suggestions?

Q. how does he connect with a server, like RedHat Linux?

A. Not an expert but he needs to buy a domain name and usually they will sell web hosting also. The question may be better in the computer and intenet category.

Hope this helps a little.
